CSIR – Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani is organising the National Conference on Emerging Trends in Vacuum Electronic Devices & Applications (VEDA-2024) jointly with the Vacuum Electronic Devices & Applications Society (VEDAS), Bengaluru during 18-20 November 2024. This in-person event will be held in Pilani and is aimed at providing a networking platform for the researchers and professionals in the area from R&D, academia and industry. The first day of the event will be devoted to a oneday tutorial covering the present and future trends in vacuum electron devices, systems and applications. Next two days would cover various topics in vacuum electronic devices and applications in the form of plenary and invited talks, and presentations of contributed papers. The VEDAS Lifetime Achievement Award and the VEDAS Mid-Career Award for the year 2024 will also be conferred during the event. Contributory papers are invited for sharing the work and experiences in the area of vacuum electronic devices and applications.
