This group fulfills the need of Audio and Video requirements during such presentations, talks and other official addresses as and when required by Institute. How to book a room for Meetings?
- Check if there is no prior scheduling of any event.
- Make an entry at Diary at Room No:
- Inform AV Team accordnigly.
- Inform NMC if the meeting involves VC or has Network rquirements.
- Post Meeting, ensure to collect all your belongings and leave the room clean for next occupants.
