Vishant joined the department of Microwave Devices at CSIR-CEERI in 2011 as a scientist. He had been involved in the activities related to the gyrotron development. Currently, he is a part of Vacuum Microelectronic Devices group. His research interest includes computational electromagnetics and physics of vacuum electron devices. He also contributes to the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) as a faculty.
