Dr. Rahul Prajesh is senior scientist in semiconductor device fabrication group, at CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Pilani. He received his M.Tech degree in Advance Semiconductor Electronics (ASE) from AcSIR (CSIR-CEERI, Pilani). During PhD he worked in the area of metal oxide gas sensors at CSIR-CEERI, Pilani (AcSIR). His research includes silicon nanowire fabrication using CMOS compatible top down approach, micro-heater based metal oxide gas sensing platforms, RTD based temperature sensors, and Bio Sensors.

- Gas sensor platforms, Chemical/ bio-chemical sensors, gas sensing materials, piezo electric materials, Temperature sensors, Mass air flow sensors, micro-nano technologies, surface characterization techniques.
