About the Training Program
In industrial automation, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) are central in controlling and automating various processes and machinery. PLCs are widely used in industrial settings because they provide reliable, efficient, and precise control over complex processes. This training program will give hands-on experience to participants in meeting the fundamental industry requirements for process control instrumentation.

Topics to be covered
- Introduction to industrial automation and its components: sensors, actuators and relays, working principle of PLC, configuring Schneider Electric PLC with input/output hardware modules and establishing communication between PC and the PLC for downloading executable programs.
- PLC programming with ladder logic, implementation of logic gates, addressing digital Input/output configuration, latching and unlatching I/O ports. Practical sessions.
- Programming Timers and Counters, multiplexer implementation. Practical sessions.
- Managing analog Input/output ports, data handling with arithmetic, comparing, move operations in PLC. Practical sessions.
- Introduction to HMI module and user interface design, practical session on interfacing HMI with PLC.
The number of seats is limited to 30. (No Accommodation will be provided)
