Mr. Ajay Kumar received the B.Tech. degree in Electronics and communication Engineering (ECE) and the M.Tech. in Nanoscience and Technology from Kurukshetra university, Kurukshetra, Haryana, India, in 2011 & 2016 respectively. He is Currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Engineering science from Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR) at CSIR-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-CEERI), Pilani, Rajasthan, India.
From 2016 to 2017, he was a Technical Consultant in Reinste Nano ventures pvt. Ltd., Noida, India. His research work includes the development of hydrophobic and antimicrobial coating for various surfaces like leathers, woods, metals and fabrics. Since Nov. 2017, he has been a Senior Project Fellow (SPF) in Semiconductor Device Fabrication group (SDFG) in CSIR CEERI. His research interests include the Acoustic wave device, Gas sensor, Nanomaterials, Thin Films and Acoustic device-based sensor.
