NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders are invited from registered Contractors/ Firms of appropriate class of CPWD, State PWD, Railways, MES, BSNL(P&T Deptt.) and / or from those who have worked for CSIR or its Laboratories/Institutes and having work experience of the similar work fulfilling the following requirements:-
a) Average Annual financial turn over in the respective works (as mentioned in the table) should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, during last 3 years ending 31st march of the previous financial year.
b) Experience of having successfully completed similar Works during last 5 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:
1.
Three similar works not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost, OR
2.
Two similar works not less than the amount equal to 50% of estimated cost, OR
3.
One similar works not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost.
Firm to apply with proof of fulfilling above conditions along-with copy of valid Electrical License(for Sl no.-2) and copy of sales tax registration/clearance certificate.
The details of the estimated cost, earnest money, time for completion and tender cost are given below:

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Head, EME beween 09:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from date 20th, August 2009 to 31st, August 2009 on any working day on payment of tender cost (non-refundable) and tender will be recieved up-to 3 p.m. on date 3rd September 09 in the Administrative Officer CEERI, Pilani (Rajasthan)-333031 and opened at 3:30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderer present.
Director, CEERI, Pilani reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders or accept them in part without assigning any reason.
