NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders are invited from registered Contractors/Firms of appropriate class of CPWD/State PWD/Railways/MES/BSNL(P&T Deptt.) and / or those who have carried out works for CSIR or its Laboratories/Institutes and having work experience of the similar work(Electrical) fulfilling the following requirements:-
   
Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:
1.
Three similar works not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost, OR
2.
Two similar works not less than the amount equal to 60% of estimated cost, OR
3.
One similar works not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost.
Firms to apply with proof of fulfilling the above conditions alongwith Electrical License latest copy of PAN card, should be registered under Sales Tax Act.

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of EME division between 09.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. from date 6th August, 2012 to 13th August, 2012 on any working day on payment of tender cost(non- refundable) and tender wil be received up-to 3.00 p.m. on date 16th August, 2012 in the office of Administrative Officer CEERI, Pilani (Rajasthan)-333031 and will be opened on the same date at 3.30 PM on the same day in the presence of the tenderer(s) present.
Director, CEERI, Pilani reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders or accept them in part without assigning any reason.
