NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in two bid form are invited from manufacturers/Suppliers who have carried out work of provision of multi layer florrings for sport complex such as badminton/table tennis/tennis court and having work experience of the similar works(as mentioned below) fulfilling the following requirements:-
a.
Average Annual financial turn over on construction works should be at least 30% of the estimated cost, during last 3 years ending 31st March of the previous financial year.
b.
Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:
1.
Three similar works not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost, OR
2.
Two similar works not less than the amount equal to 50% of estimated cost, OR
3.
One similar works not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost.
4.
Firms to apply with proof of fulfilling above conditions alongwith latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate and should be registered under Sales Tax Act.
The estimated cost of the following works based on DSR-07/market rate. Details of works are given below:

The Tender for the above work will be issued from office hours up to 6.00 P.M. as per dated mentioned above, on any working day by giving a written request accompanied by complete credentials, latest Income-Tax clearance certificate and registration certificate of Sales Tax Act.The tenders(Technical bid, Financial bid)shall be sent in sealed cover to the Administrative Officer CEERI, Pilani (Rajasthan)-333031 up to 1.00 P.M. on the dates mentioned above and will be opened on the same date at 2.30 PM in the office of the Administrative Officer, CEERI, Pilani, in the presence of the tenderer present. The financial bid of that tender will be opened whose technical suggestion meet our conditions at site.
Director, CEERI, Pilani reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders or accept them in part without assigning any reason.
