NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders are invited from registered Contractors/Firms of appropriate class of CPWD/State PWD/Railways/MES/BSNL(P&T Deptt.) and / or from those who have carried out works for CSIR or its Laboratories/Institutes and having work experience of the similar work(as mentioned in the table) fulfilling the following requirements:-
 
Experience of having sucessfully completed similar works (Electrical) during last five years ending last day of month previous to the one in which application are invited should be either of the following:
1.
Three similar works not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost, OR
2.
Two similar works not less than the amount equal to 50% of estimated cost, OR
3.
One similar works not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost.
 
Firms to apply with proof of fulfilling above conditions alongwith copy of valid Electrical License and copy of sales tax registration certificate.
 
The detail of estimated cost, earnest money, time for completion and tender cost for the work are given below:

The Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Head, EME between 09:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. from date 26th February, 2010 on any working day on payment of tender cost (non-refundable) and tender will be received upto 3 P. M. on date 11th March, 2010 in the office od "Administrative Officer, CEERI Pilani (Rajasthan)-333031" and opened at 4.00 PM on the same day in the presence of the tenderer present.
Director, CEERI, Pilani reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders or accept them in part or to reject the lower tender without assigning any reasons.
