NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in Two-Bid system are invited from registered Contractors/Firms of appropriate class of CPWD/State PWD's /Railways/MES/BSNL(P&T Deptt.) and / or from those who have carried out works for CSIR or its Laboratories/Institutes and having work experience of the similar work(as mentioned in the table) fulfilling the following requirements:
Experience of having successfully completed similar Air Conditioning works during last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which application are invited should be either of the following:
a.
The intending firms should have satisfactorily completed in their own name at least Two similar work not less then the amount equal to 60% of the estimated cost put to tender with capacity of individual chiller being 80% of the equipment,
    OR
b.
One similar works not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender with capacity of individual chiller being 80% of the equipment.
Firm to apply with proof of fulfilling above conditions along-with latest copy of PAN card, and should be registered under Sales Tax Act.
Firm proprietor / Owner or their authorized representative has to appear along with Completion certificate (Original and Xerox copies of each). Original documents will be returned immediately after verification documents.

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of Head, EME Division between 09.30 a.m. to 3-30 p.m. from date 02-09-2013 to 13-09-2013. on any working day on payment of tender cost Rs.1000/- (non- refundable)  and tender will be  received  up-to 3-00  P.M. on date 17-09-2013. in the office of  “Administrative Officer, CEERI, Pilani (Rajasthan)- 333031” and will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers present.
Director, CEERI, Pilani reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders or accept them in part without assigning any reason.
