NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders are invited from registered contractors/ Firms of appropriate class of CPWD , State PWD’s , Railways, MES, BSNL(P&T Deptt.) and / or those who have worked for CSIR or its institutes / laboratories and having work experience of the similar ( Electrical) works fulfilling the following requirements:
Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which application are invited should be either of the following:

a) 3 similar works not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, OR

b) 2 similar works not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, OR

c) 1 similar works not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost

Firm to apply with proof of fulfilling above conditions along-with valid Electrical License latest copy of PAN card, should be registered under Sales Tax Act.
The details of the estimated cost based on DSR-12, BSR-08 & MR, earnest money, and time for completion and tender cost for the work are given below:

Tender documents can be obtained from the office of EME division between 09.30 a.m. to 3-30 p.m. from date 10th September, 2012 to 17th September, 2012 on any working day on payment of tender cost (non- refundable) and tender will be received up-to 3-00 p.m. on date 20th September, 2012 in the office of “Administrative Officer, CEERI, Pilani (Rajasthan) - 333031” & opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers present.
Director, CEERI, reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders or accept them in part or to reject the lowest tender without assigning any reasons.
